Banner Ordering
All banner orders must come to us via email. This allows us to process them as time permits. It also saves us time in scanning the information. Your help to streamline this process is appreciated.
Standard Banner-Mail in ordering

Mail in ordering is the easiest way to order banners. Simply download the form, and complete. In an email with heroes name as the subject, attach application, discharge paperwork, photo. Type a bio in the body of the email so that we can copy and paste to the website. Once email is sent, mail a check payable to Hometown Hero Project to 109 E. Main St, Somerset PA 15501. Sending a check saves credit card processing fees. Deadline for 2025 banners is February 1, 2025

Credit Card Orders can be placed by clicking the link below. Please note that credit card fees will be added to credit card ordering. Orders are processed the same way as mail in orders. Applications, documentation and photo must be emailed with hero name as subject line. Deadline for 2025 banners is February 1, 2025.

This project is fully funded by community donations. Each hero banner has been purchased by the family or friends of the hero. Our long term goal is to provide more free banners. We need your help to make that happen.
